clybet Terms and Conditions of Use

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the clybet website accessible at https://clybet.one and all related subdomains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and been accepted as an active member of the clybet platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by a member to access clybet services.
• "Services" encompasses all games, sports betting, promotions and other facilities provided by clybet through its platform.
• "Funds" refers to money in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or equivalent value held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted by clybet to members in accordance with the conditions of a stated promotion.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets a member must place before bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Section headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content. Any reference in the singular also includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and use clybet services, an individual must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on the list of individuals who have self-excluded from the clybet platform or any related responsible gambling programme.
• Not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of a clybet employee directly involved in the operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only, not for commercial or professional purposes without written consent from clybet.

clybet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close the account of any member who fails to comply with these criteria. clybet's decisions on eligibility matters are final.

Registration by underage individuals is a serious breach of these terms. clybet employs various age verification measures and will cooperate with the relevant authorities if there is suspicion of misuse by those who are underage.

The clybet account registration process requires members to provide accurate, complete and current information. Required information includes full name as per identity document, active mobile phone number, valid email address and relevant payment details.

Members are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration and any updates is accurate and current.
• Keeping the account password confidential and not sharing login details with any other party.
• Notifying clybet promptly if there is any unauthorised access to the account or suspicion that the password has been compromised.
• Logging out of the account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

clybet is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login information secure. All activity that occurs through a member's account will be considered to have been carried out by the account holder.

The right to hold one account is absolute. If a member finds that a duplicate account exists in their name, please contact our customer service immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

clybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the chosen payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to the member's account once payment confirmation is received by our system.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50. clybet is committed to processing withdrawals in under 1 hour once security checks have been completed.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, to ensure transaction security.
• clybet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal if there is unusual activity in a member's account.
• Withdrawals related to bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
• Funds obtained through unlawful means or fraud will be blocked and legal action may be taken.

All amounts stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrency, the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed will be applied.

clybet offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the following general conditions:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250 — the wagering requirement is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM1,400, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is given with a balance of RM2,400 and a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• The bonus wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received, not the deposit value.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• A bonus may only be used once per promotion, per member, unless stated otherwise.
• clybet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is suspicion of abuse, including hedging.

VIP Program: Active members are eligible to advance through four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Tier upgrades depend on the member's activity level over time.

clybet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated to members via the platform or registered email.

All games available on clybet are operated using software from recognised licensed providers. Game outcomes are generated randomly using a certified random number generator (RNG), or through live dealers in live casino games.

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, clybet will use system records to determine a fair game outcome.
• Members are not permitted to use any automation software, bots or unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for gain is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• In sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the rates that apply to that bet.

clybet is not responsible for losses arising from betting strategies chosen by members themselves. All betting decisions are the personal responsibility of the member.

clybet is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be an entertainment activity only and not a source of financial stress or personal problems.

As a protective measure, clybet provides self-control tools to all members, including:

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage their spending.
• Temporary Break: Members can request an account suspension for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives can apply for permanent self-exclusion.

clybet strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals who are undergoing treatment for gambling problems or who have applied for self-exclusion.

clybet reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including the use of multiple accounts for the same purpose.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Violation of responsible gambling rules, including registration by those who are underage.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in that account may be forfeited after a thorough investigation. Members have the right to appeal the account closure decision by submitting a written appeal to the clybet customer service team.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer service. Any remaining balance after all conditions have been met will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure.

All content on the clybet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads and software compilations, is the property of clybet or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

• Members are permitted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use of platform content without written permission from clybet is prohibited.
• The clybet trade name, brand and logos may not be used by any other party without express permission.
• Links to the clybet platform by third parties are permitted only with written consent from clybet.

clybet respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with full details via our support email.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clybet and its related companies, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures or events beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

The clybet platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. clybet does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or disruptions, although we work to ensure service stability and availability at all times.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where clybet holds its international licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation may be referred to a recognised arbitration body.

clybet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members by email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notice is given will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
